Terms of Use
Placeholder — requires review by qualified legal counsel before public use.
1. What this is
HOLD LINE is a user interface to a set of open, permissionless programs deployed on the Solana blockchain. The interface lets you prepare transactions that you sign with your own wallet. The operator of this interface does not take custody of your assets, cannot sign on your behalf and cannot reverse transactions.
2. No advice
Nothing in the interface is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Token pages show on-chain data and configuration; they are not recommendations. Rankings and leaderboards are not endorsements.
3. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for your wallet, keys and the transactions you sign.
- You must review the transaction summary before signing. Every summary lists fees, cooldowns, early-exit fees and where fees go.
- You must comply with the laws that apply to you, including the restrictions in Jurisdictions and Prohibited uses.
4. Programs and immutability
Launch configurations (fees, routing, cooldowns, locks) are written on-chain at creation and cannot be changed by the operator, the creator or any administrator. The emergency authority can pause new launches and trading for a limited time; it cannot move user funds or change launch rules.
5. No warranties
The interface and programs are provided "as is". Software can contain defects. Audits, tests and simulations reduce but do not eliminate risk.
6. Limitation of liability
[To be drafted by counsel for the operating entity and governing law.]
7. Changes
[To be drafted by counsel: how these terms change and how users are notified.]
