Launching or trading tokens is highly risky. You can lose everything you put in.

Market risk

Token prices can fall to zero. Most launched tokens lose most of their value.
Locked liquidity is not a price floor. It means the liquidity cannot be withdrawn; the price can still fall as holders sell.
Buybacks and burns are mechanisms, not guarantees. They depend on trading fees, which depend on activity. They do not guarantee price, liquidity, market cap or return.
The $100K market-cap milestone is a display milestone only. It does not unlock or release anything and is not a target or a promise.

Cooldown and early-exit fee. Tokens you buy are in cooldown (default 10 minutes). Selling them before the cooldown clears costs an additional early-exit fee (default +3%). The cooldown follows the tokens if you move them to another wallet.
Bonding curve. Before graduation the price is set by a formula; large buys move the price significantly. Check the price impact shown before signing.
Graduation. When the curve reaches its threshold anyone can graduate the token. Trading on the curve stops and continues on the LINE AMM.
Launch window. Right after launch, buys are capped per transaction and pay a decaying extra fee.

Smart contracts can contain bugs. Solana itself can halt, congest or reorganize.
The indexer and interface can show stale data; every page shows its data age, and transaction quotes are always recomputed from live on-chain state and simulated before you sign.
Wallet software, browser extensions and RPC providers are third-party software.

Creators can sell their tokens after their cooldown like anyone else. Creator Liquidity Support is locked for the chosen period; after it unlocks, the creator may withdraw it.
Creator reputation pages show factual on-chain history, not a guarantee of future behaviour.
