Jurisdiction Restrictions

The interface is not offered to persons located in, or residents of, jurisdictions where its use would be unlawful or where the operator has not obtained required authorizations.

At minimum counsel should address:

• Sanctioned countries and regions (e.g. under OFAC, EU, UK and UN sanctions programs).
• Jurisdictions that restrict or license crypto-asset services or token issuance.
• Age requirements.

Technical measures available to the operator (geo-restriction at the interface, address screening) are documented in docs/operations/runbook.md. They apply to this interface only; the on-chain programs are permissionless.
