Prohibited Uses

You may not use the interface or programs to:

• Launch tokens that impersonate real people, companies, brands or other projects.
• Launch tokens that infringe copyright, trademarks or other rights.
• Promote tokens with promises of profit, guaranteed price levels, "cannot go down" claims or other misleading statements.
• Manipulate markets (wash trading, spoofing, coordinated pump-and-dump schemes).
• Launder money, finance terrorism, evade sanctions or otherwise break the law.
• Pay content rewards for fake, automated or deceptive content.
• Attack, overload or exploit the programs, interface, indexer or other users.
• Access the interface from a restricted jurisdiction (see Jurisdictions).

The operator may block access to the interface for addresses or regions to comply with law. The on-chain programs remain permissionless.
